What happens to your animals in an Emergency?
Our Emergency Card is an identification card which you can carry in your wallet, to provide peace of mind. The card includes AWL’s contact details and an identity number for your pets. All of your pets will be listed on our privacy protected database, and should an accident occur, AWL can be contacted to arrange immediate accomodation for your pets. Emergency cards are issued to those that are leaving AWL a bequest or legacy.
The Emergency Card can provide coverage for cats, dogs, pocket pets and birds. The cost is a one off payment of $30 per animal.
To request an application form or enquire about a bequest or legacy please email marketing@awlnsw.com.au or for more information on how you can protect your pets with an Emergency Card, contact us on 8899 3333.
If you have an enquiry about emergency pet boarding, cases are assessed on request by our Shelter Operations Manager, for more information call 8899 3333.
Please note, Emergency Card is NOT linked to emergency boarding requests.
