Adopt a Dog

This big guy is Maximus. He is a 6-year-old Great Dane cross Rottweiler mix. He is a big boy looking for a big dog lovers' home. Max knows some basic training cues like sit and drop but prefers high value treats like chicken to perform some harder tricks. He would prefer to be an only child in his new household so he can enjoy his time to himself peacefully. He is pleasant to walk in public and will walk past other dogs without any problems. He can be a bit avoidant of other dogs as he is one for his own personal space but is definitely easily managed. He would suit most family types but I'm sure he would love someone to show him some companionship. >p> All animals from the AWL are desexed, microchipped, vaccinated and up to date with flea and worming.
