Are you ready to call out "Honey I'm home"?
Sweet Honey has had some bad luck in finding her forever home. This is her second time available for adoption, as her first match didn't quite work out, to no fault of her own.
One of Honey's favourite things is human interaction. She loves a good scratch and affection, making her a great companion for those looking for a new bestfriend and snuggle buddy. While she can walk with other dogs and doesn't mind short bursts of time with them, Honey is best suited to a home without a dog around her full time so she can soak up all the attention for herself.
Honey is a well-trained pup who walks nice and loosely on a lead. She's treat-motivated and easy to train, making her a joy to work with. She checks in regularly with her handlers on walks and is always eager to meet new people, especially if they have snacks for her!
Despite the busyness of shelter life, Honey has shown no signs of separation anxiety and is pretty settled in her kennel. This means she could be a great fit for part-time or full-time workers looking for someone who won't spend the day fretting while they are away from home.
Honey's dream home would be as the only pet, in a backyard of any size with daily walks and ongoing training to keep her entertained. If you're looking for a loyal and loving companion, Honey might just be the perfect match for you!
