Pentax is a stunning young rabbit with eye-catching tortoiseshell markings, including a unique half-and-half face that sets her apart. She's one of six rabbits from our 'camera crew,' who were brought into the shelter through our inspectorate department. Along with her two siblings, Pentax arrived as a tiny 4-week-old bunny and was fortunate to be placed in the care of one of our highly experienced foster carers.
Growing up in a foster home filled with love and a variety of other animals, Pentax became well-socialised and confident in the presence of other furry friends. This early experience has made her adaptable, so she'll fit right into a home with other pets.
Pentax is a rabbit who appreciates handling and affection, but she prefers it on her own terms. She may not always seek out attention, but when she does, she'll reward you with her gentle nuzzles and playful hops. Her independent nature doesn't mean she's distant; she simply enjoys a balance of social time and solo relaxation.
One of Pentax's favourite activities is lounging in sunny spots, especially when the weather is cool. She can often be found basking in the warmth, enjoying the simple pleasures of life. Pentax also loves spending time in her outdoor run, where she can stretch her legs, do zoomies, and explore her surroundings.
Pentax would thrive in a home where her independent and social nature is understood and appreciated. She's well-suited for families or individuals who recognise that rabbits, like people, sometimes need their own space. Thanks to her early socialisation, she's comfortable living with other animals, making her a great addition to a multi-pet household. However, she would be just as happy as the only rabbit in the home, as long as she has sunny spots to relax in and some toys to play with.
Pentax can be rehomed with her sister, Panasonic, or she can start her own adventure. Whether she's part of a trio or the star of the show, Pentax is sure to bring warmth, charm, and a touch of elegance to any home.
Are you ready to welcome Pentax and give her the love and independence she deserves?
