Animal Welfare League NSW visits PCYC to discuss the importance of animal welfare.

During the September-October school holidays, the Animal Welfare League NSW Inspectorate and Mobile Vet Truck visited various PCYC locations across Greater Sydney to help spread awareness of the importance of good animal welfare.

Over two weeks, PCYC venues across Liverpool, Fairfield, Campbelltown. Glebe, Sydney, St George, Eastern Suburbs and Blacktown had the opportunity to meet some of our Inspectors, explore our veterinary truck and interact with some of the shelter dogs in our care.

PCYC aims to empower young people through police and community partnerships, and these visits gave AWL NSW the opportunity to meet some of our younger supporters as well as help to educate these children on the important work we do.
