Kemps Creek Shelter Temporarily CLOSED
Animal Welfare League NSW is excited to announce that we are preparing for the final stages of construction of our new cattery! In preparation, and to help create a safe worksite for our construction workers, we are limiting access to our shelter by managing the number of people on site for the next two weeks. This means that our Kemps Creek shelter will be temporarily closed to the public until 31 March 2019.
During this time, our expert staff will still be tending to the pets in our care daily, and we will be monitoring the pets in our care to ensure the impact of the construction is kept to a minimum.
Anyone who is looking to adopt is encouraged to view our dogs and cats available on our website, and to make an enquiry by emailing firstname.lastname@example.org or calling 02 8899 3333 to express interest. Anyone who makes an enquiry will be notified when the shelter has re-opened.
AWL NSW currently has a waiting list for people wishing to surrender their pet. For anyone who wishes to be placed on this waiting list, they will need to contact our shelter on 02 8899 3333.
The AWL NSW veterinary clinic is not impacted by the construction work and will remain open and operate as per normal. If you would like to book an appointment, please call 02 8777 4424 or click here.
AWL NSW apologises for any inconvenience the temporary closure of the Kemps Creek shelter may cause and thanks everyone for their patience while we work on building a bigger, better cattery.
