Animal Welfare League NSW offers corporate volunteering days designed to be both rewarding and impactful. Your team will experience a day in the life at our Kemps Creek Shelter, helping animals in need while fostering team bonding and supporting animal welfare.

Get ready to roll up your sleeves! Here’s what your volunteering day will look like:
- Clean enclosures to ensure our animals have a clean, comfy space to rest
- Groom and socialise animals, helping them prepare for their forever homes
- Make enrichment toys to stimulate and engage our furry friends
- Take dogs for walks and enjoy playtime in our dog yards with one of our experienced animal attendants
- Cuddle cats and kittens in our cattery
- Enjoy a behind-the-scenes tour of the shelter and see where The Dog House Australia is filmed
Cost: $1,500 + GST for up to 10 people
What you need to know
Volunteer days are available Monday – Friday, 9:50 AM – 3:00 PM
Where: Kemps Creek Shelter (1605 Elizabeth Drive, Kemps Creek NSW)
What to bring: Enclosed shoes, clothes you don’t mind getting dirty (no shorts or singlets) hat, sunscreen.
Morning tea and lunch provided – please advise of any dietary requirements at least one week prior.

Our corporate volunteer days are designed for businesses and organisations looking for a unique team-building experience while making a difference for animals in need.
All activities take place at our Animal Welfare League NSW Shelter, located at 1605 Elizabeth Drive, Kemps Creek, NSW.
Corporate volunteer days are available Monday to Friday, from 9:50 AM to 3:00 PM. Please contact us for availability.
Yes! You’ll get to interact with some of our shelter animals. The level of interaction depends on the activities available on the day.
Participants should wear enclosed shoes and comfortable clothing that they don’t mind getting dirty (such as t-shirts and jeans). Shorts and singlets are not permitted.
Please bring a hat and sunscreen for sun protection. If you have any dietary requirements, let us know in advance so we can accommodate them for morning tea and lunch.
Yes! Morning tea and lunch are provided. Please inform us of any dietary requirements at least one week before your scheduled day.
The cost is $1,500 (excluding GST) for a group of up to 10 people. Upon confirming your volunteer date we will provide you with an invoice for payment.
