A Little Bit About Storm

Storm is a gorgeous, affectionate, nearly three year old american staffy girl with a larger-than-life personality who is looking for an active, experienced home.

She absolutely loves being with her people and has become a true indoor dog in foster care. Whether she's curled up on the lounge, stretched out in front of the fire or quietly sneaking onto the bed in the early hours for a cuddle, Storm just wants to be part of the family.

She's a smart, athletic girl who enjoys learning and is already making progress with her training. She's currently working on her recall and lead manners. Like many dogs, she can become distracted by interesting sights and smells, so she'll need someone willing to continue her training and help her reach her full potential. She's also quite a strong girl, so she'll be best suited to someone confident handling a big dog.

Storm is very people-focused and loves meeting new humans. Around unfamiliar dogs she can be reactive at first, but once she's comfortable she enjoys having canine friends and plays with plenty of enthusiasm. Because she has a big, boisterous play style, she'd be happiest as an only dog or with a larger, confident companion. She isn't suited to homes with small dogs or pocket pets.

Storm isn't the sort of dog who will be happy spending her days alone in the backyard. She wants to be with her family and involved in whatever they're doing. As a very athletic girl, she'll need secure Colourbond fencing or a secure run or pen for those times when she does need to be left on her own.

Storm is a wonderful dog with so much love to give. She's funny, affectionate, full of character and will reward the right family with endless loyalty and companionship. With continued training and an active lifestyle, she's going to make an amazing best friend.

My adoption fee includes desexing, health check, microchipping, I am up-to-date with vaccinations and eligible for free lifetime registration.
