A Little Bit About Luna
Luna is a beautiful girl with a true heart of gold who absolutely adores her people. Her bond with humans is something special — once you’re her person, you’re her world.
Luna has spent time in our shelter working incredibly hard on her dog socialisation, and she has made great progress. Because of her history, she will require an only-pet household, with an experienced dog owner and a family who is committed to continuing her journey by working alongside a qualified behavioural trainer to further build her dog social skills. She has already shown how capable she is when given the right support.
This clever girl has mastered loose lead walking (with plenty of eye contact — she loves checking in with her human), and she knows her sit, drop, and place commands. Training is truly Luna’s happy place; her tail is constantly wagging during sessions, and you can see how much fulfilment and confidence it gives her, she is also filly muzzle trained and her muzzle will be a requirement when she is practicing her dog socializing skills.
Luna would be well suited to a full-time working household, pet-savvy children, and a family who understands her background and is willing to welcome her with patience, consistency, and an open mind. She will require 6-foot secure fencing in her new home to keep her safe.
Luna is available through a foster-to-adopt arrangement, allowing her future family the time and support needed to ensure a smooth and successful transition. With the right people by her side, Luna has so much love, loyalty, and joy to give.
My adoption fee includes desexing, health check, microchipping, I am up-to-date with vaccinations and eligible for free lifetime registration.
Adoption Fee: $450
