A Little Bit About Woody

Note: This dog is currently being cared for in a home and when adopted, it will free up a spot to help another dog.

Woody is a beautiful, gentle boy who has been enjoying life as a much-loved house dog. He spends most of his time indoors, happily relaxing on the couch or curled up on the bed, where he loves to snuggle under the covers and sleep right through the night. He’s affectionate and people-focused, enjoying cuddles and belly rubs, but is also happy to settle nearby once he’s had his fill of attention.

He adores everyone he meets and gets along wonderfully with cats, kittens and other dogs. On walks he is a pleasure on the lead, walking calmly and politely, and he travels like a dream in the car, quietly snoozing along. Woody enjoys being out and about with his people just as much as relaxing at home, especially if he has company.

Woody is still learning his routine and toilet training and will need a little patience and consistency as he continues to improve. He can find being alone challenging and would truly thrive in a home where someone is around most days, or where he has another dog for company. Loving, charming and deeply social, Woody is made to be part of a family and will reward his people with endless affection and devotion.
