Some dogs come into your life and become a pet. Others, like Lucy find a way straight into your heart.

This beautiful girl is love in its purest form. She adores people with every fibre of her being and simply wants to be wherever her humans are. For Lucy, there is no greater happiness than being included, being close and being loved.

When Lucy comes in for a cuddle, she melts into your arms as though she's found the safest place in the world. She looks up at you with her beautiful dark eyes, so full of love, trust and admiration that they seem to reach right into your soul. In those moments, it's impossible not to feel completely loved by her.

There's something very special about Lucy. To sit beside her, to feel her lean gently into you, to watch her gaze follow you around the room, is to feel appreciated in a way only a dog can make you feel. She loves with her whole heart and she gives that love freely to everyone lucky enough to know her.

Lucy dreams of a family that will cherish that love and return it. A family that will include her in daily life and understand that she needs to be with the ones she loves.

Of course, Lucy is still a puppy, and is wonderfully entertaining. She's full of joy, curiosity and playful energy. She loves splashing in her paddling pool, carrying her toys around proudly and playing chase with her friends. Her adorable puppy clumsiness and uncoordinated lumber are guaranteed to make you laugh. Sometimes she seems to have more enthusiasm than coordination, and it's absolutely impossible not to smile when she's bouncing through life with such happiness.

Lucy loves children and already has some small human friends who think she's wonderful. She is brilliant with other dogs and approaches every new friendship with a wagging tail and an open heart.

She's used to being inside with her foster family and enjoys all the comforts of home, whether that's stretching out on her fluffy bed, claiming a spot on the lounge or supervising from a kitchen chair.

Lucy walks beautifully on her lead, travels well in the car and is always happiest when she's included in whatever her people are doing.

Lucy is searching for more than a home. She's searching for people to share adventures with, someone to laugh with, someone to cuddle at the end of the day. Someone who will treasure the extraordinary amount of love packed into this beautiful little girl.
