Meet Roxy, a stunning senior border collie x kelpie who knows exactly what she wants out of life: love, and someone to throw the ball for her. Roxy is utterly obsessed with her ball and lights up the moment a game of fetch is on offer, showing the drive and focus so typical of her clever working breed heritage. She is a beautiful girl with so much love to give, and she will reward the right owner with real devotion and companionship.

Given her working breed background, Roxy will thrive with an owner who has experience with breeds like hers and understands their need for mental stimulation and a job to do. She would suit a full time working household as long as she is given enrichment and things to keep her mind busy while her person is away.

Roxy is neutral around other dogs but prefers to keep her toys to herself, so she is best suited as the only dog in her new home. She is not a fan of cats, so a feline free household will suit her best.

Roxy is a senior girl and lives with arthritis in her back legs, so her new family will need to be mindful of this, so an adult only home would be best suited, so her space and comfort can be carefully respected. With a little care and understanding around this, Roxy is ready to settle into a loving home where she can spend her golden years being adored and getting her ball thrown, again and again.
