Aneesa is a sweet and gentle young pup who has been thriving in foster care. She's very dog-social and enjoys interacting and playing with other dogs, making her a great match for a household with an existing friendly dog or having regular dog friends.
Aneesa is affectionate and enjoys being patted all over. She loves to snuggle up with people and often burrows under blankets for extra warmth - especially between legs, which seems to be her favourite cosy spot!
She sleeps overnight in a crate and has excellent bladder control for her age, sleeping through the night and waking up in the morning for a toilet break. During the day, she's happy to nap at her foster carer's feet while they work from home, showing she's content with quiet company.
She walks well on lead and is making great progress. While she may pull slightly when excited, she's doing extremely well for her age. Aneesa enjoys outings, especially to the beach, where she loves playing in the sand and digging. She's gradually building confidence around water and is happy to dip her paws in.
She's also learning basic training and currently knows how to sit. She's working on waiting for her food and is very food motivated, making her eager to learn. Her favourite toys are squeaky toys, rope toys, and anything she can chew.
Aneesa will suit a home where she can continue her training, enjoy regular social interaction, and be part of a loving, patient household. She's a well-rounded pup who's affectionate, playful, and developing excellent habits that will set her up for a smooth transition into her forever home.
