Elsie is a bright and bubbly girl with a sweet nature and a love for toys that's hard to beat. She's already got a few tricks under her belt and would thrive with someone who enjoys teaching and engaging with their dog. Her clever mind and affectionate personality make her a joy to have around, especially for someone who can offer her the attention and enrichment she craves.
Elsie enjoys the company of other dogs in controlled, positive environments but isn't suited to living full-time with another dog. She's her best, happiest self as the only pet in the home, where she can soak up all the attention and relax in her own space.
Elsie's bouncy energy means she'd be best suited to a home with pet-savvy kids who understand that she sometimes gets a little overexcited. Because she's shown some escape behaviours, she'll need a secure yard and someone home at least part-time, especially during the early days while she's settling in and learning the ropes.
Elsie longs to be part of a family and would love nothing more than being welcomed indoors as a cherished companion. She has a sensitive side too - loud noises like thunder and fireworks can give her a fright - so a calm, understanding household would suit her best. With her big heart and enthusiastic spirit, Elsie has so much love to give and is ready to find a family who'll give her the chance to truly shine.
