Tonka, a young adult ginger cat, is full of fun and personality. He enjoys chasing toys and playing hide and seek around the house with his people.
An affectionate cat, he enjoys the company of both men and woman and will enjoy time on laps and falling asleep on his favourite people. Like many cats, the affection is best when on his terms so Tonka would be best suited to a home without children as they might try to be too affectionate and not give him the space he needs.
His previous owners recommended a prescription diet for Tonka after consulting a vet. We continued this special diet in foster care and this has settled his previous tummy issues. He has been able to have occasional non-prescription foods added for variety and his tummy copes well with this.
Clever boy! He enjoys his coat being brushed and walks on a harness.
He met a medium sized dog in his current foster home and responded well.
Tonks is full of character and a robust cat - Tonka Tuff. He offers a lovely balance of energy and fun, as well as sleepy and restful. He's strong but gentle, expressive and communicative.
