Frankie is a two-year-old tuxedo heartthrob with a big personality and an even bigger heart. Not only is he is a friendly and talkative, but he still taps into kitten energy the way only tuxedos can do! You have never known the love of a tuxedo called Frankie till you have met this Frankie.
Frankie came into the rescue after his world was turned upside down due to housing instability. Understandably, he was confused and unsure at first; the world has not been kind to him and it took time and patience for him to feel safe again. But in care, Frankie has blossomed. Once given gentleness and space, he revealed himself to be affectionate, social, and endearingly goofy.
He is a classic whacky tuxedo who meows loudly, wants to be close to his human and still hops around like a kitten. He darts in and out of tunnels, rolls around in ecstasy on the carpet and does the most incredible acrobatic metre-high leaps into the air to catch his rattle ball on a string. And if you can't find him? He will be that cute cat shaped lump under the blankets on your bed, sleeping away the day. At the end of the day, he loves nothing more than some head rubs purring away in contentment, and stretches out right next to his human at the end of the bed.
But Frankie isn't for everyone, and that's okay.
Frankie is looking for a very special kind of home: one that is calm, adult-only, and without other pets. Due to what we believe was past trauma, Frankie is fearful of men, and we are committed to honouring that fear rather than forcing him to "get over it." For this reason, we are looking for a female-only household where Frankie can feel truly safe and at ease.
