Remy is perfectly content to spend time at home on his own while his humans are busy, making him a great match for families who work during the day. He enjoys the company of other dogs and, while he's still learning his manners, he's happy to have a controlled play date with the right friend. Remy could also live with dog-savvy cats, given a slow and thoughtful introduction.
With his excitable nature, Remy would be best suited to a home with children aged 12 and up. He does get nervous around men and will need a patient family who can give him the time, reassurance, and plenty of treats to help him feel safe and comfortable.
