Donate a toy or treat this Christmas
Give A Dog A Bone, Keep Kitty Happy (GADAB) is an initiative run by www.giveadogabone.info. It is an annual Christmas appeal that provides toys, food and treats to shelter animals in need. It runs from 25 November – 15 December each year.
The appeal simply asks individuals to add one pet item to their shopping basket (toy, treat or food for cats or dogs) and drop it at a designated donation point. All donations are distributed to cats and dogs in animal shelters and services across Sydney, the Blue Mountains, and the Central Coast.
This year, Animal Welfare League NSW is a participating drop-off point, with both our shelter and vet clinic (located at 1605 Elizabeth Drive, Kemps Creek) accepting donations for our shelter pets.
Thank you in advance for your generosity, our shelter pets are looking forward to receiving some much-wanted gifts for Christmas.
